We are always flexible to meet your specific needs and will welcome your call to discuss your required service level at any time.

The following are guidelines as to our standard service levels:

Dictation batches of less than 1 hour:

We offer three service levels which are designed to meet our clients' everyday typing needs:

Standard:

Return of quality assured typing on the working day following receipt of your voice file

Premium:

Return of quality assured typing within 5 hours of receipt of your voice file

Non-Urgent

Return of quality assured typing within 2 working days of receipt of your voice file.

High Volume, Non-Routine Assignments e.g. research interviews, dissertations, or creative projects

We offer special rates for large volume and academic Assignments.
Turn around times will vary with the volume involved.

In all cases we offer a top class and efficient service.
